At NYU, I studied Psychology and minored in Child & Adolescent Mental Health Studies, with a growing focus on adolescent wellbeing and the social forces that shape identity, belonging, and access to care.
A big part of my undergraduate training happened outside the classroom. I spent much of my time in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU Langone, learning alongside clinicians and seeing how diverse families navigate outpatient evaluation and treatment.
Now I’m completing the Professional Counseling program at the University of Pennsylvania and putting that training into practice through supervised clinical work. My practicum year at Creative Health Services gave me a strong foundation in intake assessment, treatment planning, and weekly therapy with children, adolescents, and young adults. Currently, I’m training in outpatient counseling at Elwyn, where I support community clients with depression, trauma-related stress, and higher-acuity presentations—while continuing to grow my skills in risk assessment, documentation, and group work. Along the way, I’ve also trained in psychiatric hospital settings, which shaped how I think about safety, stabilization, and continuity of care.
